Returns Policy

At Schleifenbauer, we understand the importance of reliability and customer satisfaction. Our Power Distribution Units (PDUs) are custom-made products, specifically designed and manufactured according to the unique requirements of our customers. Consequently, our PDUs are not off-the-shelf catalogue items and cannot be resold once delivered. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for non-defective products.

Defects Within the Warranty Period

If your Schleifenbauer PDU becomes defective within the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault or defect, and not due to human error, we are happy to accommodate your return request. Our returns policy is as follows:

Return Registration

• Register your return via the helpdesk form on our webpage: Schleifenbauer Support.

Inspection and Assessment

• Upon receipt of your return request, we will inspect the defective product to determine the cause of the issue.
• If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault or defect, we will proceed to repair or replace the product.

Repair or Replacement

• When the inspection confirms that the defect falls under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product as quickly as possible.
• The repair or replacement is free of charge if the defect is covered by the warranty conditions.

Important Information

• Returns without prior registration via our helpdesk form will not be accepted.
• Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or human error are not covered by the warranty and are not eligible for free repair or replacement.
