This PDU provides reliable energy insight at rack level through accurate measurement of the incoming power supply. It is ideal for data centres where visibility into load, capacity and energy consumption is required, without the need for outlet-level metering.

The Metered PDU is available with a Controller Module for local management via embedded software and a web interface, as well as integration with external Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems using standard communication protocols. For large-scale environments, the PDU can also be equipped with a Gateway Module, where the intelligence is centrally hosted within the EnerTree Platform (Data Centre Energy Management – DCEM), a licence-free virtual machine software solution. This enables uniform and scalable energy management across large PDU deployments.
