CONNECTION OPTIONS:

1. Custom Cable Length: Determine the cable length tailored to your specific installation requirements. At Schleifenbauer, we understand that a uniform length may not be suitable for everyone.
2. Cable Gland Position: You determine where the cable enters the PDU. This can be through the side panels, front or rear, bottom or top of the PDU. This can be tailored to the location of the power supply in the data center or your project.
3. C20 Chassis: Use our optional C20 chassis for installations that require this specification.
4. Terminal Connector: For added flexibility, you can opt for an optional terminal connector that meets your specific connection needs. Here, you can easily connect your own (fixed) cable connection.
5. Phoenix QPD Connection: For even more versatility, we offer the option for a Phoenix QPD connection, allowing you to securely connect your own specific cable to the PDU.

What does a Netfilter do in a PDU?

A Netfilter in a Power Distribution Unit reduces or eliminates electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radiofrequency interference (RFI). These interferences, caused by connected electronic devices, can disrupt other equipment.

When is a Netfilter beneficial?

1. EMI and RFI suppression: In sensitive environments such as data centers, laboratories, and medical facilities, a Netfilter helps reduce unwanted electromagnetic and radiofrequency disturbances.
2. Compliance with EMC requirements: For electronic equipment that must comply with electromagnetic compatibility standards, a Netfilter ensures adherence to these standards.
3. Signal quality enhancement: In applications where precise signal transmission is crucial, such as audio studios, a Netfilter reduces interference and maintains high signal quality.
