Definilink

Definilink is a name registered by Schleifenbauer. Definilink is a variation on the standard Schleifenbauer PDU, with which the client can fulfil the most extreme requirements for availability. By removing all the electrical components from the PDU and housing them in a separate unit (Definilink controller), it is no longer necessary to replace the PDU (Definilink slave) in the event of a defect in the electronics. The controller can be replaced according to the 'hot-swap' method, where the availability of the connected equipment remains unimpaired.

Furthermore, Definilink enables our clients to perform a phased introduction of metered PDUs, since a Definilink slave can also function without a controller. The controller can then be connected at a later stage.
